I originally gave a review and has since deleted it. The only reason why I'm giving one star is because I have to. This review is strictly for Liz and store manager Laura. Laura set an expectation for a layaway order and did not deliver on that expectation. Not one apology or even an acknowledgement when I came into the store to pick up my order. Don,t over book! If an 11:00 apt comes in she should see the next available sales associate. Instead I waited over 30 minutes to see someone when other people that came in later was seen first! The associate I had wasn't needed! I found my daughter an empty dressing rooom, I had to find additional dresses for my daughter, I did everything! Then when she found the time she asked if we could move to the other side of the store and use a very small dressing room in the corner!!! My niece had an appointment to try on wedding dresses yesterday. I personally did a better job at helping my niece than the associate that was supposed to be helping us. We told her what we were looking for and my nieces size, but she did nothing to help us actually try to find anything. Once we found a few dresses and my niece was trying them on, the associate never tried to inquire from my niece what she liked or disliked about the dresses. Had an appointment. Got almost no help or attention. Store too busy. Consultants helping multiple people at once. Very nice, trying hard but just not enough staff to give proper help. No suggestions after I got to the fitting room no additional options brought to me based on preferences. Disappointed.

This store's service is extremely horrible. After emailing the corporate HQ about this I have had no response in over 4 days. The employees to managers are inept and provide terrible service to Brides to be. They have my fiancee upset and stressed in a time which should be happy. The location lost her and her bridesmaids information, sizes, dress types and cannot find the information and seem to not care about the people who are spending money there. I had an appointment scheduled today for my first wedding gown shopping experience. I'll admit, I was apprehensive because I have seen some bad reviews, but my experience was better than I could've hoped for! Dana was my consultant. She was very friendly, attentive, and patient. I couldn't have asked for a better consultant. She made me feel 100% comfortable. I left with a dress in mind but had another appointment scheduled later in the day that I still wanted to go to. I was on time for my appointment. I had to wait over 15 minutes for my consultant then was told she would be sharing her time between myself and another bride! Unacceptable and very unprofessional! Several dresses were selected by members of my party for which I tried on all of them before my consultant ever offered a corset/bra or spanx (it was obvious to see I am a plus size bride).
