Awful experience! I made an appointment earlier in the week so i thought i would have a consultant assigned to work with me. During my appointment i was passed of to 3 different consultants! The first one, Kari, was nice and listened to me, but i barely had the first dress on when i was told she had to hand me over to another consultant. It was a disaster from there. My consultant, carol was the worst. She had absolutely no personality and enthusiasm at all. And she was at least 20 minutes late to meet with me and my family for our scheduled appointment. I would never advise anyone to go there. Shop online. I found my dress and I am so happy with it! Sincerely! Rebecca! Not Rachel!!

When I went for my fitting the seamstress made me cry. She said "you better not breathe too hard because this dress is gonna burst". Seriously? I'm not saying don't tell me that it's too tight, but they need to remember that they are playing a part of a pivotal point and a major memory that will be stuck with a bride forever. A handful of people are actually nice, patient and respectful. Most of them rush you and are rude. Not considering this is your BIG day and you want it to be perfect
Uninformed that our color was being discontinued. Were told we had all options but in reality only two dresses available. Eight week minimum so very unhappy with experience.
We purchased a nice wedding dress good sale price then when time for alterations which little was needed they charged us almost the same price as the dress as I called a sent email and did that twice and of course no rep called back we were hundreds of dollars for a few alterations would never recommend or go there again.
THEY STABBED ME WITH AN ALTERATIONS NEEDLE AND GOT BLOOD ON MY DRESS!!!!!!!!!!
This is by far the worst davids bridal. The first dress I received was the wrong color. So I ended up getting a completely different dresss. When I to pick it up the ladies were very rude and acted as if they didn't want me to try on the dress. Come to find out the dress had a few rips and stains all the over. I wasn't taking a $1500 dress home that had rips and stains as if they were letting people try my new dress on. Went with daughter who was getting married. The sales woman was very nice, helpful and full of great advise. BUT the manager was HORRIBLE!!!! She was short, snippy made us wait more than 30 minutes on a sales person (we went on a weekday early afternoon). She asked us what we were looking for and was a total jerk when we explained it was an outside casual wedding, we wanted simple, no long train or over abundance of lace.
