I had a wonderful experience this last weekend at David’s Bridal on Southside. I cannot say enough about how kind Kristie and Lacy were to me. I had no intentions of purchasing a dress but Kristie put in the perfect one. I can’t wait to come back and pick up my dress!!

I know for a sunday it’s crowded but there was no interaction with me, the bride, & barely with my bridesmaids. another associate had to help us & i didn’t realize the young lady that was supposed to help me walked off until someone else took care of us. the lady at the front desk was frantic & yelling over the intercom. very very very unorganized. should probably try to organize a little better knowing the weekends will be busy.

Very crowded, no one-on-one interaction with consultants. It felt like get in and get out kind of speed. Bride was happy that we all got our bridesmaid dresses though. Would recommed better structure with appointments so everyone isn’t all over the place.
