No respect at all for covid protocols. Store stinks like sweat, and too many people in there. This place is covid central. If you don’t catch it in there you’ll not catch anywhere. They also have a poor selection of dresses especially wedding gowns. Not even sure why an appointment for a wedding gown fitting is needed when the girl never gave us her attention. The alterations department needs to be a little more professional. While having my dress alteration the woman was really rude. My appointment to try on and pick up my dress was 1 pm. I was there till almost 2 pm. They were trying to let someone go in front of me. I really think it was done on purpose.
RecommendedI absolutely had the most amazing experience at this David’s Bridal Johnson City!!!! Prior to going there I had visited a bridal shop in (Chandler Budget Bridal) in Chandler NC. I was treated horrible. I have never been treated so badly in my adult life. I felt like I was living the scene from Pretty Woman where she is treated badly when she entered the boutique. I cannot believe how restrictive the company policy is. Mandatory face masks still?!! No more than 3 people at a time for wedding party shopping?!! If it was a medical facility ok but corporate needs to get over themselves.

I've been to David's twice now. 1st time was great and fun. 2nd I drove 2 hours away go get alterations and the women got up in my face and said im not touching the dress till its fully paid. Even the girl helping my bridesmaid with her dress said "I didn't even know that because I have mine on lay away too!" on top of that, the girl assisting us kinda got mad at my friend for not putting her mask on when trying the dress on.
