I had the absolute best experience at David’s Bridal in Johnson city! I had spoken on the phone with the manager, Kathy, earlier in the week and she was so nice. My stylist, Shayne, was amazing!!! He listened to me about what I liked and didn’t like, and brought me out a “wildcard” dress. I was hesitant at first because I didn’t think I’d like it, but as soon as I looked at myself in it, I cried and knew it was the one. My sister is getting married so we made an appointment for bridesmaids. We originally had two girls coming and showed up with five instead. We were greeted warmly by Kathy and immediately given to our stylist Patrick. We had no idea what colors or dresses we wanted, we just knew we wanted colorful and had a bouquet Pinterest picture for inspiration. Patrick went above and beyond to help us with everything! What a joke. Great selection of gowns, but terrible service. My poor sister paid $50 extra to have her gown dry cleaned. Picked it up today, and there's make-up stains on it from where others have tried it on. The alterations were made with a different shade of white than the original gown. Do they offer to help? Of course not. Had to take it for overnight dry cleaning. Yet somehow they were perfectly comfortable keeping her money. Get your gown here if you want, but be wary about relying on them for any kind of service.

I have had nothing but trouble with David’s bridal. Staff is always friendly but apparently have no idea what they’re doing. First I was charged when I shouldn’t have been, I did get refunded but had to drive 2 hours for that since they couldn’t do it over the phone. NOW the refund caused me to have to start a new layaway which is due for pay off/pick up on 4/22 and the store is closed. I don’t know how I’m supposed to pay so I call support and I have called 3 times and nobody can give me a straight answer and EVERY ONE I SP... read more

I went to David's Bridal to find my wedding Dress and I did find a beautiful dress that I liked but the experience was not worth it. I felt that having a appointment was my time and I understand that there is walk ins and they may have to help other people but in the middle of trying on my dress the Lady just disappeared to go help other customers and we had to go hunt her down. she just kept taking off as we had more questions for her and had to continuously. We were having a good experience, while shopping for my daughters wedding dress, Morgan was her consultant and she couldn’t have been better to us. Her dress and belt was paid in full that day. I think that when we left without making an appointment to come back to have her bridesmaids shop might have been the game changer. I wasn't going to say anything because being in a wedding and planning my own (mostly reception) at the same time is stressful enough, but after the experience that one of the bridesmaids had today, I will not remain silent.
