Went in to look for a bridesmaid dress for my wedding the consultant was not accommodating at all I thought that was the whole point of making a appointment apparently not. We had to go look for our own dresses and everything no very pleased

Let me start off saying that in the beginning, David's Bridal was wonderful with helping me choose bridesmaid dresses and going out of their way to find a size 0 dress from another store for my junior bridesmaid. So I'm very appreciate of them for that.. and for that I gave a fair rating. However, when it comes to their alterations, that's another story. I wasn't aware of this policy. No one asked this of me on the phone (they should start implementing this in my opinion) but they will not touch your dress if someone altered... read more

The absolute worst shopping experience of my daughter and my life! She cried the whole way to Knoxville where we were treated like customers should be treated! David’s Bridal only had two dresses in plus sizes. Both of them hideous!! The consultant was rude unhelpful and would not measure my daughter. We had an appointment, what good that did, but was ignored. She treated us like we couldn’t afford anything and wasn’t worth her time. My first visit was awesome. The consultant (Aubrey) that helped me made me feel comfortable. She pulled different dress that looked great on me. I went back to David’s bridal the following week and I was placed with a different she didn’t help me. She kept walking away and talking to other people. She would disappear for 10 - 15 mins and then show up for a minute and walk away again. I kept telling her what liked and she just ignored it. Basically a good experience the only thing that needs improved is that there is no communication between the workers,

I was very happy with my dress and my bridesmaids dresses. Then I went to pick up my dress and found out that the bustle that was discussed at my original appointment is not something that is included with my dress (which my consultant did not inform me of upon ordering). So I find out that on top of the $1300 dress and the $150 I spent for alterations plus $60 for a bra and $100 for a crinoline, I will have to pay for another alteration to add the bustle at $100-$150 or more and that will take up to 4 weeks.
