I had a wonderful experience with David’s Bridal! Beverly helped me try on dresses that were exactly what I was wanting and in my budget! She also helped me try on things I would have never picked for myself!

So, I did like this dress by the end of it, had to have it altered, no problem it looked amazing. It has a stunning lace overlay. On my wedding day, we were married at the court house. The lace had large lateral slits where it was comming apart from it's self. I have owned alot of lace in my time and have never had this problem. If I had stepped on it, I would have understood, but the lace was literally falling apart. I am so disipointed in the quality of this product especially after spending more than my budget. there not friendly when it comes to a plus size woman their selection of bridesmaid dresses are not up to par as far as every other size that they might have. it's o we can o order it but it would be more. hello people plus-size people did not just get fat just because they want to it's also due to a medical condition. Extremely rude! I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a store where everything is expensive! Don’t judge me because I don’t look like your every day Bride! Girls with lots of tattoos wear expensive shit too!

Horrible experience with bridesmaid dresses. Bought them over a year ago, and wedding is supposed to be this year but was cancelled. We (me and my sister) knew with the return policy we couldn’t return but called and asked if we could exchange them because they still have the tags on them and we’re in a wedding this year. Was told over the phone yes we could. Come into store after driving an hour to get there to be told that we can’t exchange them. I had a lady named Megan M. helping me today she was rude and I felt like she was very rushed. I understand that many of the dresses run small but I asked her if she could zip up my dress and she said “oh honey I think we need to size up. That is not gonna zip.” I felt so embarrassed since there was lost of other people around as she said this. Went in for a prom dress for my daughter. I had made an appointment previously. They were very busy but our associate did her best to help us in a timely manner even though she had several other groups to help at the same time, including a bridal party. I know that the store is primarily a bridal store and that is their focus. It might be a good idea to book an associate just with those looking for prom dresses and another associate to handle only weddings. It would have been nice to have had more attention.

My sisters and I went to Davids Bridal on Veterans Day, (11/11/17), The place was a tad chaotic and we waited 20 minutes past our appointment time to be seen because our girl was "on her lunch" We didn't mind we were wondering through the bridesmaids dresses and were selecting ones we'd like to try one.
