My consultant was lovely and I had a very positive experience with her. She was helpful and nice, and did not make us feel rushed at all. The reason I'm not giving the store a five star rating is because the attendant that greeted us when we walked in was extremely negetaive and said we would have a hard time finding a bridesmaid dress in time for the event. I came in just to start looking for a mother in law dress and Ashley was absolutely amazing. Ashley had great Energy and is informative but not pushy I purchased three dresses and too them home to try on and kept two - I highly recommend Ashley and will being my friends coming to the wedding to check out the dresses Ashley recommend ❤️👍
1 star JUST FOR THE DRESS. While the buying process was the usual hustle in these big chains I was quite excited to find something so pretty! When my dress came in I had already arranged for alteration appointments with this store and seamstresses as I thought they are familiar with the dresses they sell! THAT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. What I thought was going to be a great outcome, ended up being a NIGHTMARE, on top of this pandemic.
