My seamstress did a fabulous job altering my dress, explaining the process to me and addressing my concerns.
Mahnaz is so amazing! I came to David's bridal a week before my wedding with a dress that was too big for me! Mahnaz did a wonderful job taking it in and keeping me calm. She is very good at what she does!

The alteration staff who altered my dress were good. I did call in 3 days before my appt to pick up my dress and ask if I could possibly come in a day early, as I was going to be in Langley anyways. The manager of alterations didn't even look into it for me. She just said they cannot move my dress up the assembly line and I have to wait for my appointment. Tanya was a super associate! She was so patient and helped me try on as many dresses as I needed. We had a lot of fun working out different styles and accessories, which made the selection process so much more enjoyable! I am very happy with my shopping experience - from start to finish, the front desk, my personal assistant and the manager were all so helpful 😄 I will definitely be thinking of them all on my special day!
