Amazing customer service and beautiful dresses for all occasions!! Langley’s change rooms are a little cramped, but it doesnt hinder the experience if you don’t let it!
After 2 disappointing dress shopping outings, my daughter had a great experience at the store last night and found the perfect grad dress! Booking the appointment on-line was so simple and our Stylist was very helpful. Thank-you!

Had a great experience at the store yesterday! Went in with my two bridesmaids and we found the perfect dress for both of them! Our consultant even started with us a little early which was really nice as we were there from out of town.
Needed a dress for a formal black tie event. I found the perfect dress but they could not do the alterations needed for my chest size. I felt very rushed and like they were just trying to make a sale instead of making me happy with my purchase. It was over booked and over crowded. The staff was nice enough but not really willing to do anything to help the issue at hand. I don’t think I would go back again. I had higher expectations from a bridal store than what was actually received.
I couldn’t be more happier with my experience at this location !!! Everyone there was so helpful !!! Special thank you to Roxanne and Shanaz for pulling some strings and getting me the dress l absolutely love !!!
Amazing customer service Diane was the best. I was in and out of there in less than an hour and a half. Price was amazing too. I highly recommend coming here for your wedding dress.
I had the most amazing experience with Manyelynn today! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress and I couldn’t be happier. She was extremely patient and overall amazing. She brought different styles that I would never think of trying on, she played hairdresser and put a few hair pieces in. My guests and I were all in tears (happy tears) when I found the perfect dress. Highly recommend Manyelynn - she is a dream to work with! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!! �
