One of the best experiences a bride and bridal party could have. We were greeted at the door by the welcome desk with such warmth and happiness. I didn't have to wait, very accommodating. All the staff were very helpful. Pam looked after us and she was absolutely fabulous to work with having great knowledge in all aspects of wedding planning. Great experience. Very helpful staff right from the front desk. Was helped immediately and only took 2 mins to wait for Wendy to help me find my dress. Will def. return in the future for the rest of my party's dresses.

Amazing service! I was a little hesitant to come all the way from Burnaby, but I am so glad I did. From the the second I walked in the front desk was very welcoming. I was very happy with their service and I highly recommend coming and looking for a wedding dress or Pom dress. My assistant was very helpful and I bought the dress she recommended.. :)

I love this store I have never had a bad experience, every time as soon as I walk into the store I am greeted with beautiful smiles, today I came in to pick up my bridesmaid dress and was greeted by Hayley, Meghan and Kayla, all the CSR are amazing at making everyone feel so comfortable the front desk, I never have to wait for my appoitments and am given the most amazing service.
