I had such a great experience here. The selection was great, the staff were very friendly and hard working, as well as personable.
I took in some photos of what I liked and the lady who helped me was able to find all three dresses I liked. She was wonderful with helping me find the right undergarments and veils and extras for each dress. I found my dress on the first day and couldn’t be happier. When I went in to pick it up they took me in for alterations right away so I wouldn’t have to come back again. I also got a deal on almost everything that I bought so I got a great bargain on my dress, only $950 when I had a budget of $2000! Highly recommend... read more
Would give a 5 my consultant Pamela she was amazing! We all loved her personality and attention to detail. The only reason for the 4 is that the space around fitting rooms needed to be larger to accommodate family/friends. Most people bring more than 1 person for bridal shopping. The Manager was great and stopped in to check on us. I ended up with a beautiful dress I wouldnt have picked Pamela knew how to show my curves and gave me the vintage look I was looking for. I will be honest. I went into David’s yesterday looking for my dress and bridesmaid dresses for my daughters. I had heard mixed reviews about their customer service but I was very pleasantly surprised they were amazing. Kiana was extremely helpful and pulled a dress I had not even thought to try. I ended up getting that dress plus ordering all 4 of my bridesmaids dresses in one appointment.
