I came in for alterations with my daughter while it was extremely busy. I didn't make an appointment but they were able to accommodate me while I was in town. The alterations lady who was pinning my dress was SO sweet. Night and day experience from other bridal shops.
I walked in with my husband and I had five people greet me. You have such amazing staff, its nice to have everyone help you.

My stylist Sasha was super helpful and attentive!
The salon is a bit overwhelming and cramped. My stylist was assigned to two brides despite the fact that I booked an appointment - my mom had to help a lot with the dresses. In the end they had some great dresses at reasonable prices.
My consultant Tanya was lovely. She helped me through many dresses and worked her butt off to find me the perfect dress. I really appreciate her hard work, running around the store in search of my dream gown and because of her I have it. She also helped my mom, grandma and best friend find the dresses they will be wearing to my wedding so she really went above and beyond for us. The staff at Davids Bridal have my eternal thanks. :)
It was super busy in there but the women I was with was amazing and helped as much as she could between 2 peope
