Great service but you did not have the dress I needed. Canada/US stores vary in styles and do not have the same merchandise...not convenient.Â
The appointment time was incorrect and I had to change it from online. The receptionist when I called was very rude to me, and I almost cancelled my appointments. Our appointment ran long due to confusion about bridesmaids dresses and colors. They told us we had to leave and we had to make a quick decision. I was unhappy with the serviceÂ

Bought a great slip for my custom made dress (ball gown). Also purchased a garment bag and stick-on bra cups as my dress is backless. My attendant was patient and brought me samples of everything to try on. I will be returning soon for shoes and sash I have my eye on.Â

The sales person had another apt and I found I got little help, my sister helped me often as she was too busy with a pushier client. I felt very much so less important looking for my bridal gown than a lady looking for a party dress. Was very disappointedÂ
The sales woman, was amazing! She was clearly VERY busy but made time to help me find and pick out my bridal dress!Â
My first associate on the weekend was great she know what dresses would fit my body. but weekday girl lied a lot didn't listen to me or understand my needs. The bell ceremony felt odd didn't like it.Â
