This location was amazing and my bridal consultant, Nancy, was so wonderful. She made the experience amazing and listened to everything I wanted in a dress. I'm so thankful for this as I went to another location and had NO luck previous to venturing to the Lewisville location. Thank you for giving me have such a wonderful experience and helping me find my dream dress!
I had a bridal emergency. Came into this store three days before my wedding with a botched dress from a different bridal store (Gowns of Grace in Dallas, beware!!). It was 8pm at night, they closed at 9pm, and immediately told me that they would help me find the dress of my dreams even if it took hours. They even first helped me with trying on different undergarments to see if it would help with the dress I already had, but it was too far gone due to poor alterations. Went in as a guest of a bridal fitting, Ms. Liz was our consultant. She was fabulous, let's us take time and really get a good feel for the bride's options. Making helpful suggestions and truly providing excellent customer service! I will definitely be recommending her and I'm excited about making my appointment with her!
The girl's are amazing. Especially JJ! So very helpful and fun! We made some new friends with some other bridal parties as well!
