I had a wonderful experience today! I was very anxious and am a super indecisive person, but my consultant was fabulous!! Rebecca knew exactly what I wanted before I even did and I ended up picking a dress that she chose for me. I don't even like shopping and get tired really easily but it was a lovely, encouraging experience. I definitely recommend David's Bridal in Lexington!
I was there New Years Day to find my perfect dress and I said YES! All with the help of my consultant Haley. She actually pulled the dress I said yes to. She was PHENOMENAL! I brought my family with me and she laughed and joked around with us. She was so good. She helped eliminate styles that didn’t work for my body and pulled certain ones that complimented me better. I had a fabulous experience! Thank you all so much!
I had such a great experience here! Staff was wonderful & my consultant Rebecca, was very knowledgeable & catered to all my questions and needs. David’s bridal definitely isn’t all what people make it out to be, as far as negative staff or poor quality dresses.
I couldn’t have asked for better customer service during each visit to the Lexington, KY location! Being a plus sized bride i was extremely anxious and uncomfortable about finding a wedding dress. I was planning my wedding in just 7 weeks. When i went for my first appt i was assured they would find my perfect dress and get it here in time. This was my first time ever in a Bridal boutique. I had a lovely experience. Rebecca was my main helper today. I don't know the name of the younger brunette that was assisting her, but she was very helpful as well. They picked out just what I was looking for and gave me honest opinions about every dress. They both went above and beyond to get shoes, and accessories so i could imagine the completed look. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The staff was great and easy to work with.
