I had the worst experience at David’s Bridal today! I’m sooo frustrated I don’t recommend this place to anyone! When I had first visited the bridal store I was literally mocked into picking a dress that wasn’t my size, and after a very lengthy fitting session I purchased a dress that I didn’t like. It came in. Still didn’t like it. Asked Melinda the store manager to return, she then explains this bogus return policy that was not mentioned prior to purchase. What a shame. Dress sizes everywhere, no customer care. no one helped with sizes. no one helped with different dresses. no one other then the manager even spoke to us. didnt feel welcomed. really wanted to leave and find the dress elsewhere. if you're a bigger person I highly suggest you go elsewhere

If I could give this David's Bridal 0 stars I would. My little sister had an appointment yesterday to shop for wedding dresses. Her consultant was Taylor B. Things started off okay, but quickly went downhill. We asked for certain dresses to be pulled for her to try on and hardly any of them were pulled. We had to ask numerous times for Taylor to get them. When my sister did like a dress, we asked could it be ordered in white, her response was always no. She never offered to check. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience here this evening. I took my niece here to look for her upcoming prom dress, which was a waste of time. An older lady was horribly rude to us multiple times, we had absolutely no assistance, & were treated as if we weren’t even there. With no help from staff we ourselves found the perfect dress for her on the $99 clearance rack. As we were checking out the dress rang up to be $999.99. this bridal place wasnt helpful, they treated blk people funny and when you ask questions some of them gave you an answer like they didnt want you to ask any questions. their customer service skills was very rude.

Horrible help. Dirty and broken dresses. They didn’t have much sizes to try on. Plus our lady ordered the wrong dress for all 6 of my bridesmaids. Everyone makes mistakes,but she was no help from the start.

Absolutely most stressful unprofessional rude customer service experience in my life . I work customer service so I have no shame is saying so . Everything from the beginning was awful rude staff, not helpful with questions and concerns , they rush you . I had some hope for alterations but hahaha joke was on me . They called the day before my wedding to tell me my dress wasn’t ready and they had not started alterations , they started them at 12 o clock the day before my wedding I was scheduled to pick the dress up at 1:30 pm... read more
