I took a special needs young lady to this dress shop. The four white ladies at the desk when you first enter the store wouldn't help us at all. I didnt make a big deal about it we just went on in and decided to help out self's. we pulled all of out own dresses and didnt have help with the dressing rooms.. she did find a beautiful dress here. I dont think I will return to this location

My sister in law and I spent all day today shopping around for dresses for an upcoming cruise. We get it: we aren't the "dropping thousands of dollars" client that they usually see. However, that should not impact the service received - or lack thereof in this case! We made an appointment 2 weeks ago and told them that there would be 6 bridesmaids coming. We also told them that the wedding will be May 11th 2019. They called the day before the appointment to confirm and asked if we only had one bridesmaid. They also thought that the wedding was next May. When the bride told her that we had 6 instead of 1, the woman said that they are very busy and would “try” to accommodate us. I had a very bad experience with an employee in the alterations department. My consultant, Taylor, was wonderful! I had a very good experience trying on the dresses and she listened to me on what I did and did not like. I ended up purchasing my dress that day in March. My dress is beautiful and fit perfectly! I am a bridesmaid. The bridal party was rushed be finished by 3:00 p.m. and we weren't scheduled to be there until 3; we happened to get there early. I was fortunate that the 1st dress I tried on fit very well because that's the only one I had time to try on. If it hadn't had fit, I would have had to come back by myself to find other a different dress.

I had made an appointment over a month ago for my bridesmaids to be fitted for their dresses. Our appointment was at 12:30pm. We got there at 12:30 and it was so crowded my girls were told they would have to share a dressing room and go one at a time. What’s the point of making an appointment?! Also we were told we only have 7 days to pick up the dress! The only reason I gave this place a 2 instead of a 1 is because I did find my dress there. The first time I went there the girl at the front desk was very rude and unwelcoming. Thankfully that day I had a very nice lady help me try on wedding dresses and was very patient and helpful.
