This Davids Bridal store treats a bride how a bride should be treated! I had just had a horrible experience at the store I live close by to and refused to go back. They were rude and gave me the worst dress experience. I don't live near Lexington at all, but was willing to travel for good service. I had called and explained my experience at another Davids bridal and they were will to fix everything! They were so helpful and kind. I've been to this location twice, with the first time being a pleasant experience (I bought all my bridesmaid dresses from this location for my wedding 3 years ago). However, my second experience with this location was not so pleasant. Most of the staff were unapproachable, cold, and rude except for the nice lady who first checked me in. Could not be less impressed with this store. The dress my girlfriend ordered is more than a week late, and the smartass working just laughed at her and said "it MIGHT be here by the wedding day." They refuse to do a refund even though they aren't living up to the promise they made in store.

The woman who was my consultant yelled at my friend she was going to get more dresses for me based on what I wanted even though she is my consultant she did not pull out adaquit dresses and because she was adamant that I would two sizes larger than I was

I bought a dress here. Because I loved it. Not the experience. It was the first time I had ever been to Davids Bridal. And I should have read the reviews first. The consultant I was assigned was no help at all. And consistently tried to get me to get a dress that was two sizes too big for me. And after she figured out I was not gonna be persuaded she backed off and didn't say anything else the whole appt. except for when it was time for me to leave. Everyone else was really nice.

I went with my friend, Caroline, to pick out our dresses for a music group at our college - we need them for next semester. We were ignored from the moment we walked in until we checked out. Although one worker made sure to bump into me, basically pushing me out of her way, while I was looking for dresses to try on. When we found dresses to try, we had to find our own fitting rooms. The representative who was supposed to be helping my daughter in law to be was not very good. She had an overall negative attitude. She kept telling her that she needed a dress 1-2 sizes too big for her. She kept disappearing, so we were pulling the gowns for her ourselves. It was very crowded and it felt like we were being rushed although she had an hour & 1/2 time slot. I was not impressed with the service. The gowns were beautiful & prices were good, they had a great sale going on.
