I didn't like my experience there at all I asked this woman for help because she was just going around straightening up while the other ladies was helping other women. The way she looked at me was like she didn't want to help me because I wasn't a size 0 she tried to tell me she was with another customer after I have watched her do nothing but put dresses in different places. Well my cousin and I were super excited about being able to go to David's Bridal until we went just to walk around and look and we had a woman walk up to us and ask if we had checked in and we said no ma'me we don't have a appt and she replied well we don't have any appointments today and I said ok well we are just looking and so she stood and just stared at us I said are we not allowed to even look at the dresses and she replied you can make a appointment if you want to look. We were given a consultant who didn't do anything for us at all. We were there looking for flower girl dresses and a mother of the bride dress which I know are less than their wedding gowns but we should have been given some respect and checked on periodically. Was not pleased at all with their customer service

I was treated like a walking dollar sign. I was pressured to buy a dress I said I didn't like and was basically told I had no style and should be able to wear it for one night. Ironically it was the most expensive one she pulled. If I don't like a dress I wont buy it just because I was insulted. The consultant, for lack of a better word, was absolutely rude. When she did bring a dress I liked, it was more than double my budget. Worst experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We recently went in to look at a dress for the bride, I'm the maid of honor so I'm holding a dress for her that we had no help in getting. The lady that worked there, in lexington, walked up to me and said we don't get dresses ourselves, so you can put that up right there. To my surprise...I told the lady she will probably purchase the dress and everyone's busy so we had to help ourselves to get her dress. Which by the way she did end up buying. It was the worst !! We went in just to look and maybe try on a dress or two and we're told no fitting rooms would be available until later that evening. Then we asked if we could just look and we were told yes so we started to look and another lady walked up to us and said we have scheduled you in for 3 pm you can go get lunch and come back then . Worst experience at a bridal store I've ever had. I've been with several bridesmaids and for myself. I recently had a great experience at David's Bridal in Bowling Green and my appointment ran very smoothly. My experience with my sister was a completely different story. My sister picked out several online from David's bridals favorites. They didn't have any of the dresses pulled. They made us look through the dresses ourselves.
