Arielle helped us out so much. I came in to shop thinking I wanted a certain kind of dress. When I got into the store, I was so overwhelmed! Nothing I was trying on worked. By listening to what I liked and didn’t like, Arielle helped me find the perfect dress!
Arielle was AMAZING working with my sister. She was able to listen to what my sister liked and didn’t like about the dress, and bring different suggestions based on what she learned. We found a GORGEOUS dress even though it was way different than what we expected. Thanks, Arielle!
Awesome customer service! Can’t recommend more highly- wedding shoes were delayed in shipment (as are most things these days) and Jo, the store manager, went above and beyond to find a pair at another store - whose manager in turn rushed shipped the shoes! Additionally the alterations department, specifically Karen was the best and super patient!
Julie B was absolutely amazing! I was in and out in 45 minutes and found four bridesmaids dresses I loved! I couldn’t even imagine having a better experience! Thank you Julie, you made this process so easy and enjoyable! I will be back and send all my friends here!
