Oh look another bad experience with David’s bridal. This is multiple now. I am waiting on a new dress I ordered from them and my Delivery date has changed FOUR TIMES (made a mistake telling rep three)!! I’ve waited long enough as it is, especially when I have to pay $15 just to get it shipped to my house because you don’t give me a ship to store option. I came in with a budget. We only looked and tried on dresses that were within our budget. I settled for a dress because it was in the budget and one they had in store that would fit with a few alterations. I paid for my dress one day and the dress was at the top of my budget. I just finished an alteration fitting and had to pay $400 in alterations to make a dress in my budget fit me. RecommendedDavids Bridal ordered my daughter the wrong wedding dress. Jacelyn ordered a sheer one instead of lined and it left NOTHING to the imagination. I do not recommend them to any future brides. Leah the manager at the moment didn't offer any way to fix it, aside from ordering the right one and receiving it 7 days prior to the wedding. Plus they were going to charge around $300 for alterations. We ended up buying a dress somewhere else and requesting a refund only to find out it takes 21 days to reissue payment. I can’t say enough good things about this place. They made finding the perfect dress for my daughter’s wedding day super easy. Plenty of financing options when you need it. And....the alterations department went above and beyond to make the necessary fitting changes that she needed. You all are amazing!
The customer service was awesome.
