Bought a wedding dress from another store and scheduled an appointment at David’s bridal for alterations since I was picking up a dress for another wedding there anyway. When I scheduled the appointment over the phone, I was not informed that they only do alterations on dresses bought at the store. I drove an hour with three of my friends to have my dress alterations done and was told when I got there they wouldn’t be able to alter my dress for me. I was looking for a prom dress and I called them they told me to go on there web site and pick a dress and I didn't have to make a appointment they told me to come right then and the 2 dresses we had picked out when we got there she showed us the 2 dresses we picked before we eve showed her so we knew we was going to get one great place

Waited quite a while for an associate to help us despite having an appointment. Then once we had picked a dress and sizes she disappeared and never came back to tell us everything was in the system and we could go order and pay for our dress.

My dress came in and the zipper was broken so I had to be sewn into the dress and all David’s offered me was a 10% return on a $200 dress that was messed up.

I took my bridesmaids to try on dresses here and the consultant helping us was more focused on other things than helping my bridesmaids. She spent about maybe 5 minutes with us. Very disappointed in the way we were treated and that the service was not more attentive.
