It was my first time being at a David's bridal and first time trying on a wedding dress. I didn't have an appointment, so I did a walk in and did not have to wait. The receptionist was very friendly. Rebecca helped me find nice dresses, she was very helpful and always being attentive.
What a great group of girls working together to make it happen for me. They helped me find the out fit I needed. Tracked it from Another store, helped me place an online order for shipment to my home and were very kind to my husband. Overall an excellent experience. Store manager Aileen and sales Representative were very efficient. Overall a very painless and pleasant experience.
The associates who were working the day I visited were very attentive and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. They girl who attended my sister (the bride) was warm and helpful and made some great suggestions. The one negative critique I have is the upkeep of the store. The company should invest in the aesthetic of the store. The chairs and carpet were gross and the store kind of looked like it was run down and dingy.
