My dress I bought there had quite a bit of missing beads on the dress. They told me they would replace them all at no cost because they sold it to me that way. So I would only pay for the alterations, no bead work. About 3 weeks later, I pick up my dress from alterations. I tried it on. Fit fine. But still missing a lot of beads. I understand that wedding dress alterations is a process and a lot of work, but $275?? To take up the length and bring it on a little bit on the sides? $200 JUST FOR THE HEM. Not only am I not going to pay HALF the price of my dress in alterations, an hour of my day, and your employees day was completely wasted sitting there, pinning it all over and measuring again.
