No way Jose...the attendant took one look at my daughter and I and rolled her eyes like we were the Beverley hillbillies lol she said "go over pick out a dress and try it on..."she didn't give 10 damns about our needs I was willing to spend up to $500 but its OK ...I guess she is too rich for the likes of us lol...over in such a fine neighborhood of Bloomfield....
Don't special order a dress here, They charge an additional $40 to "steam" the dress when it comes in. Customer service was great until the dress arrived. We had Mary, who was also off the day the dress was picked up. Mary is very customer service oriented, however the rest of the staff is by far sub-par. Hope you guys find this review helpful.
The Macon location needs a little bit of work. I made an appointment and although the woman was somewhat helpful, she left me several times to attend to other people. At one point she left me in a dress for almost 20 minutes and wouldn't let me take the dress off myself. It was not a good experience. My experience with the one in Augusta was way better but I eventually bought my dress online.
There is so many things wrong with this place they act like they don't want to help and they talk you into a bigger size and once you get it in you have to get it altered bc it's basically falling off. They don't care about anyone who walks in those doors and I will never buy anything else from there. Every time I went there i had to do everything my self I thought it was suppose to be a exciting experience but it was dreadful.
BEWARE: In helping my cousin with her wedding went to 4696 PRESIDENTIAL PARKWAY MACON GEORGIA 31206 LOCATION ..Initially there was good face to face customer service. After purchase of the bridesmaids gowns, shoes , the bride's dress and veils ( veil as well as a blusher ) problems began. Representatives were not all well trained as we learned items like covers/jackets were available that previous rep when asked stated was not. ( Ask them about their warehouse).
