Excellent Experience with Tamara Porter!
I came here with two of my bridesmaids to find dresses for them. We had an appointment at 6:30 and showed up at 6, because we got there earlier than anticipated. We were greeted right away, and although our consultant wasn’t ready, they let us roam around and pick out what we wanted to try on so we weren’t just standing there waiting. Once our consultant came and greeted us (I forgot her name) the entire appointment took maybe 10 minutes? I went for my dress a couple weeks ago. My attendant was very nice and very helpful! It was ona Saturday so it was very busy. I would recommend that you guys take less appointments and open up the mirrors to a couple brides. I wish there was more room to look at the mirror and actually had that amazing feeling when finding my dress. Everyone was getting very distracted with our clients. The is a very busy store but the workers are friendly, patient, and attentive. China is wonderful! We were shopping towards the end of the day but she didn’t hesitate to bring new dresses for my daughter to try and talk to her about what she liked-so professional and an asset to David’s Bridal. On our second trip for the dress fitting, we also had help from Michelle who again was friendly and helpful despite how busy they were. I had a pretty bad experience here last year... I was made to feel as though I couldn't find the dress of my dreams because I'm too big. So I got pressured into buying a dress that I hated because it was the one that looked best after a really torturous day of trying on dress after dress that made me want to cry. I had a wonderful experience today at the Madison Heights David’s Bridal. Kayla was the associate who assisted me. She was really nice and was patient with me as I wasn’t sure what type of dress I liked. Kayla was very attentive and patient with my entourage who was sometimes demanding. She was very knowledgeable and gave really great advice. I was able to find my perfect dress in just one visit. Thank you!
Yesterday I was there with my sister daughter and mother in law and it was very crowed but my consultant Colleen was very fun and help and made me very comfortable in and uncomfortable environment and she got the dress right on the 1st try 💯❤️
I had April for my fitting and my bridesmaids and she was wonderful to work with! Thank you for dealing with me and my inability to decide and follow directions :P
