Cathy was amazing � she knew exactly what I was looking for!
Had a great time finding my wedding dress with the help of Nicole. She was really sweet and we all got along right away. When I wasn’t sure I’d find my dress she brought a wild card option that really helped give me clarity. When we came back to try it on again, she did a great job juggling us and another bridal appointment. Overall a wonderful experience with the MG David’s Bridal.
Nicole was a wonderful consultant and made the experience fun and easy to understand for my first time trying dresses. Plus I found the one I wanted! Great experience all- around for my party and I.
Sophie at the Maple Grove David’s Bridal is the absolute best! But I am going to back up... I was expecting my dress and hadn’t heard anything so I called to check on it... only to learn that my dress was not available! I had ordered it two months prior and now I have no dress 3 weeks before my wedding? The sales manager called numerous stores and told me she would have two different sizes expedited but they did not have the one in my size (that I had ordered and paid for!). Christie was so sweet and helpful! She got me right in at the end of the night and helped me get a great start to me finding the perfect dress for me! Only down side there was not the much option for me to pick from all the dresses were build for skinny girls.
I love the help Christy gave to us! She was awesome for both of my daughters. The first time the manager helped and she was a bit more about making the sale! And it was like she wasn’t letting us leave the store without a purchase. Christy helped us alone the second time and she was so wonderful!!! After the appointment my other daughter was looking at the pajamas. The manager seemed a bit mad when I would not let my daughter buy some “bride” pajamas because I had already purchased some for her elsewhere and didn’t realize ... read more
The service here was great. I wasn’t loving the dress I ordered, and the manager helped me find a great dress and allowed me to exchange the original dress. Now I have a dress I love for my daughters wedding!!!
Tilly, the alterations lady, is awesome! She works fast and she really does care about the qualityof her work. I went to the Maple Grove, MN location.
