From the first visit to the last, I felt like I was in a warehouse. They put the bride to be in a dressing room smaller than a Walmart one. No bridal consultant. They just kept handing her dresses. Never helped her. When her dress arrived, she had to pick it up and bring it back for her first fitting. For the final fitting, the alteration person did not show up The dress did not fit. I went last weekend (6/25/22) with my mom and beat friend to find a wedding dress. We made an appointment to make sure we could get some help during since this was my first time going. My stylist, Irina, never asked for my budget, never sized me (only guessed). She grabbed a bunch of dresses and told me to hurry up since she had another appointment starting at the same time.
