The store is small, so there is much less to choose from. And the staff isn't nearly as helpful as the staff in deptford.
Maple shade davids bridal was awful. They have no idea what they are doing in there. We asked that all of the dresses to be shipped, then they called each of my bridesmaids and told them they need to get their dresses. One of my bridesmaids was in another wedding, and went to go get her dress and the dress for my wedding was ready but they told her they were "too busy" to give her a call. Only been here twice and the customer service was awful! For anyone that knows me knows I am very bubbly, happy, and just an overall easy going person. The first time I went the young lady helping was helpful but you could tell she was just trying to get through the day. I went in to pick up my bridesmaid dress today and was rushing, and locked my keys in my car as I ran in to grab my dress! Just left there. We had an appointment but it was the worst. Weather the Bride was wearing a wedding dress, evening gown, prom dress she still should have been treated like a bride. Instead she was treated like the kids in there prom shopping. Definitely will not be going back will not be bringing the bridal party there for there dresses either
WOW! Just called this store because I received a message that an item I ordered is there and need to be picked up. The person I spoke with on the phone told me that I have to call back tomorrow because "the person who handles this has left".... umm... what special skill does it take to check if there are any items there to be picked up under my name. I researched on your website and picked 5 favorites. Made an appointment at the local David's Bridal. Reception was very pleasant and since I was looking for a Mother of Groom dress I was told to go to the back wall. I was told someone would be with me shortly. Almost a half hour later I went to reception and told them no one came to help. They found some immediately and she went back with me. The 5 favorites were not there. I was shopping for a jr bridesmaid dress and a mother of groom dress. Luckily I did a lot of research on the website because even though I made an appt the associate was very rushed, didn't stay with us while trying on the dresses. Even though we purchased our dresses it was not a pleasant experience.
