Thanks to the person who broke the mirror off the side of my car and didn't have the courtesy of coming in and reporting it. Classy.
First of all, my daughter and I picked up her bridesmaid dress. I took one look at the dress all I saw was a dress that just came out of a box. I asked the assistant is this acceptable the dress looks awlful with all those wrinkles ! Her response was ; you can have the dress steamed for $15.00. Are you serious ? Unreal who ever was working the front desk was so rude ... Never again
Horrible service!! I will never reccommend this location to anyone ever again..i bought my dress 7 months ago,it has never been taken out of the bag never altered or anything...i recently found out i was pregnant and obviously will not be able to wear this gown...i was told over the phone that refunds could be exchanged if the dress was not bought on clearance or touched which it wasnt...i went in tonight asked for a manager who was rude and did not want to give us her name at first...tyisha was the manager on staff at least... read more
We barely got in the door when we were told that we couldn't look around because they are short staffed. We were told we had to make an appointment. What a rude and unacceptable way to run your business. I will remember this terrible service and tell EVERYONE I know nor to shop at David's Bridal! !! #shameonyou
I went to David's bridal shop in NJ seaching for a wedding dress for ny daighter. Felt they were rushing, plus they weren't friendly at all.
Terrible service. Terrible quality. Staff was rude. Dressing rooms were packed. They didn't have any of the dresses that I saw on their website. Alfred Angelo in Cherry Hill is much better! That's where I ended up getting my dress!
I would say I had one of the worst experiences. I bought my dress 6 months ago and they never informed me about all the details of the dress. Like getting a bustle made, a wristlet made, steaming, getting a slip nothing! I found out about all these details 4 weeks before my wedding from a different davids bridal. On top of that I was never called in for a last fitting they called me and said if you don't pick up your dress right now we are sending it back. My mom had to rush and go pick it up.
