I'd give them no stars but I'm afraid my review won't post. I was told a certain date my gown would be in and they'd call me. A few weeks earlier they called and said "this is management from David's bridal." They threatened to send my dress back to the manufacturer if I didn't pick it up by the end of the next day. I went to pick my dress up, upset it would be in my house with my fiancé for months. I asked if they had a garment bag.
