My 17 year old daughter went into David's Bridal to purchase a prom dress. Now excuse me if I'm wrong but they have help (which I have found to be VERY rude) to help fit you for the dress. Paid after alterations over $500 for this dress. With having to deal with issues from my 21 year old daughter's death (her sister) I was told only a adult can pick her dress up. #1 they sure let her pay for the dress at 17 yrs old #2 they sure charged more than what she paid for the dress in alterations at 17 but would let her pitch the dr... read more
I had a pretty terrible experience and the customer service is lacking. After a bizarre and irritating experience throughout my time there, I was then asked to fill out a Yelp review. They must have been joking! Edit as of 9.1.15 - I went back to pick up my garment and shoes and the staff was completely different and all of them were super helpful and nice. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, it was a completely different experience. So I am giving it a three star and editing my one star review.
Ladies do not waste your time with this franchise. Once you order a dress and you get it , if there is anything wrong with it, you are on your own. Words cannot express my frustration! Both of my girls dresses have the same defect, and you know what I was told. "Yes that's the issue with that dress and no there's nothing we can do for you". So now I have to buy fabric and hope that my seamstress can work a miracle! Save yourself the trouble. Spend a little more money go somewhere where they care.. P.S. I only put one st... read more
