Was a great experience ann was very helpful. My wedding.is very close and she made sure that the dresses we chosee would arrive before than. Was a bit overcrowded but is expected for a bridal store as popular as david bridal.

I'm looking for a mother of the bride dress. I called and was told I didn't need an appointment. We came to the store and signed in. The receptionist told us someone would be right with us to help me. We waited a few minutes and someone walked by and told us to go start looking at dresses, someone would help us. We weren't sure exactly where to look, but started anyway. Ordered dress for my daughter for prom. Was told it was available in her size. Two days later I get a call that it's no longer available in her size. At this point I was stuck so I ordered the next size up. They told me the alterations will be free becausE they didn't have her size. They said they will call when it comes in.
