Past week at David’s bridal in Middletown! I would give 100 stars if it was possible the customer service was excellent all the way through from beginning to end including the customer service on the telephone when I called with questions the management staff is purely amazing and they run a great store.

My first experience was amazing I'm newly engaged and just wanted to come to the store to look around and get ideas. I was able to meet Jeanine the manager. She is amazing and gave me a tour walked me through the bridal show room. Gave me a bunch of ideas !! I even got color swatches to show my fiance and a booklet for bridesmaids. She made me feel so comfortable and assured me the early I start to shop the better!! This was the 3rd bridal shop I visited and will definitely be choosing davidsbridal.
