Incredibly disappointed. They did not have a specific bridesmaid dress in stores and told me to order it online. I did so and when I received it I needed to exchange it, I brought it back to the store only to be greeted rudely and informed that David's Bridal retail stores are a separate company from David's Bridal online and therefore would not accept my return in store. I give DB two stars ONLY for their selection of bridesmaid dresses and variety of sizes to try on. They have some really well made dresses and some really cheap dresses, but that's what you have to expect when going to a place like this. My problem is with the sales staff and the overall atmosphere.Their sales staff at my location is overly pushy (making it obvious they work on commission), make you feel like you don't know anything about dresses, trying on dresses, your own body, your personal style or how things should fit... read more

If you can get your dress somewhere else, do it. My daughter was in a wedding on July 3 and I ordered her dress on 5/22. It was getting closer to the date and I needed to know when the dress would arrive. My order was an online order. No response. After a few weeks, I email again, and got no response. Being the Bride for a wedding in April 2016...This place has terrible service! Also AFTER trying on dresses with my bridesmaids & choosing the one that we liked...they messed everything up. I ordered my dress online. A week after my order, I received an email stating my order was cancelled because they did not have the dress in stock and sorry for the incontinence. I gave up an opportunity of getting another dress waiting for this one. First, how do you put a dress for sale when it is out of stock, and then take a week to figure out that you cannot ship it. Well I would not recommend Davids Briadal the sales person I had did not listen to me I told her several times I wanted a dress with sleeves all dresses she bought out had no sleeves she was very aggressive in trying to convience me to buy something that I was not happy with She mentioned several times that I was a big girl which was very rude

saleswoman was the sole problem. Her name is Michelle Miller, and she was horrid. She didn't listen to what I wanted at all. I told her that I'm open to ideas, but I am completely against anything poofy. The ONLY yhings she brought me were ballgown or flared mermaids with frills. She didn't show an ounce of enthusiasm, didn't listen to what I was looking for, and tried to push me into things I didn't want. I had a horrible experience at David's bridal. I was trying on dressing and everything went fine. Then I said I liked the one I had on and wanted to buy it. The lady said that was fine except that it was a discontinued dress and the only way that I could get the dress was to by the exact one I had on. I was skeptical of this but the consultant told me they would clean in and make sure that the dress was perfect. So I purchase the dress and was given a date to pick up the dress. Do not go to David's bridal -- absolutely terrible experience it was my first time dress shopping and it was horrible the lady Mary I believe her name was ... GOD AWFUL! So pushy and annoying ... I will not be shopping here ever again ! Not for wedding dress not for bridesmaids dresses !! NOTHING ! My advice go to deannas in west sand lake NY !!! They are the BEST !!!
