David's Bridal in Jackson, MS and Hattiesburg, MS is terrible. I could never get a direct answer on ordering my dresses. I just figured out that if you have chosen a bridesmaid dress, it is subject to change due to styles being discontinued ever month and it could just so happen to be the dress you want. David's Bridal may have choices but Customer Service is truly everything. I despise going in there sometimes.

Davids Bridal is so crazy. One minute they will have the dress and the next its gone you would think since its wedding season they would have extra. So unorganized even the website. Cant even find anything to order that i like. I had to call so many different stores to try and find a particular dress in a particular size and they would always have 1 but not the other. I must honestly say that I had high expectations for David's Bridal but I found myself highly disappointed. I had planned to order a sample dress online and arrived at the store for fitting. Finally after picking my dress, they insisted that I should buy the dress at the store for $100 more than the offer I had seen online and told me several fake reasons why. I never write reviews, but this is frustrating. Not only did I not have a good time at the store (waited a long time, didn't like their selection or their overheated dressing rooms, or the obnoxious bell they ring) but now I seem to be on some list as to where every vendor I've ever heard of is not just emailing me but CALLING me on my cell phone. I bought my wedding dress from David's Bridal. When I first walked into the store, a lady greeted me with the most unfriendly attitude. She wanted to know if I had an appointment. She rolled her eyes when I said I did not, I just wanted to look. The customer service I received from then on was absolutely uncalled for. I would expect a place where clients spend hundreds to thousands of dollars in would be a place of excellent customer service. It is not. Horrible service. Alterations done with holes which they called "scars" which they said is NORMAL.Holes are holes which is not normal! Never will use them again.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The MOST IRRESPONSIBLE store i have ever been to. i went to the store in Brooklyn and i needed my dress to be altered. the head seamstress Marva worked on my dress. It was a Fortune! and she didnt do anything on time. i was having a panic attack the day before because i didnt even have the dress yet!!! I had a terrible experience when I was trying to find my wedding dress. I have never planned a wedding before nor have I helped plan one before... So the experience is a new one. When I went to David's bridal I felt extremely rushed and was ambushed by several of the staff members including my consultant, the manager, another consultant and the seamstress. I am INCREDIBLY displeased with the David's Bridal in MADISON, WI. The bridesmaid dress I ordered did not come on time, and was over 2.5 months late. I called at least 6 times to ask where it was, and the response I always got was "dont worry, the wedding isn't for another month, it will get here before then."
