If you are looking for a "fast food" in and out place to get your dress from - go to David's Bridal. If you want a one on one more quality experience from experts, please do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They treat you like used car dealership. "They will love you and leave you!" I got a Vera Wang dress here that I found online. When buying the dress, I was told that DB was going to take the wrinkles out. When I came in after a fitting to pick it up, it looked like the day I bought it, I called the manager over and left it overnight to resteam, they said it would be too much work to press it, but then agreed to do it. I had a terrible, terrible experience with David's Bridal, especially the Tallahassee branch. First of all, the costumer service was horrible. The lady who works there was unfriendly and very unhelpful. When I asked her to help me find my size for a specific dress she told me to go and find it myself, and after hours of looking and searching I found a dress that was my size - but it needed shortening. I had gone to David's Bridal in Robinson, Pa. I bought my dress and was happy with it (even though my alterations were 5 times the price of the dress when I just needed a hem and bussel but I looked past that because I really wanted the dress) . David's Bridal is the worst experience I have ever had shopping! To add insult to injury I was shopping for the best day of my life. You are never treated like you matter. I would try on dresses (even when I had an appointment) and wait 10 mins or more for someone to help me out of them. I was trying on shoes there, the sales woman argued with me that the shoe was comfortable as she tried it on herself and stomped around me in it, WOW!! I bought my wedding gown at the DB of Beaverton, OR. They had a beautiful selection of dresses which I loved!! Unfortunately, the service was horrible!! The girl was polite but she would not bring me the dresses I liked and wanted to try on. Instead, she brought me the dresses she thought I would "look good in". My mother had to go out and choose dresses for me. I found a great dress at the Davids Bridal in San Diego.Their staff was very helpful and gave me one on one personal help.I also got an amazing deal on the dress that I choose.I really enjoyed my experience in this store and even recommended it to a few of my friends.

My daughter recently purchased a wedding dress from Davids Bridal on Concord Rd in York. While my daughter was having her fitting for her alterations, we felt we were very rushed and when we she picked her dress up her alterations were not completed and we had to take the dress back again. I would never do business with David's again. We had very cold weather and a freak blizzard two days before the wedding. I desperately needed to find a faux fur cape for my daughter to wear for with her dress. I saw that David's had a beautiful one online. I called my local store and they didn't have it and said it couldn't be shipped in less than a week from the warehouse.
