To any future brides- DO NOT use David's Bridal for anything!!! I lost my best friend 18 days ago. She was to be in my upcoming wedding. Her grieving husband called David's to cancel her bridesmaid dress and they gave him an unbelievable amount of s#*t for it, including wanting to call me and verify she was deceased (!!!), the credit card used in the purchase (lost in the pond where she died), and wanting her death certificate! The trying on the dresses process was easy and intuitive--"Favorite" some dresses and they'll pull them so you can try them on quickly. Be aware that clearance dresses are not available in the store. But word to the wise: Go elsewhere for alterations! I needed my dress hemmed and bustled, which are probably the two most common alterations they have to do, and they botched them both. Do not use David's Bridal! I was a bridesmaid in PA and a bride in FL within 6 months of each other, and I went through David's Bridal for both. In PA, the associate was friendly enough helping with my bridesmaids dress, but then when I wanted to try on bridal dresses for myself, they handed me off to a different associate who was trying to sell me everything under the sun. I made an appointment with the David's Bridal in tampa and I was there for 40 minutes past my appointment time twiddling my thumbs. I finally got so disgusted being ignored that I left. I still can't believe that I was treated so poorly. They should be ashamed. It seems that they have too many customers to handle. Well they won't have to worry about me. One less.

I has the worst experience at davids bridal ! For one myself and bridal party spent a tremendous amount of money there and then 6 days b4 my wedding date my wedding grown was still wrong!! Now they had me try it on too any times and sewed on it while I was there . I had pai for 20 bussel loops and only had 8. Dress sits lop sided now and my train doesn't fall right I asked for my money bk b/c they had no right changing up my dress without my approval!! I only recieved 50 buk bk off of a 280 alteration ! And here's why. I bought my dress and gave them 3 months. They wanted the money up front. When my dress came, it was the wrong size than what we had ordered. They appologized and told me that I would have to wear the dress on the rack. It was dirty on the bottom and throughout a little. They went in a back room and tried to wash it. They brought it out and told me it was ready to go. It was still dirty on the bottom. They would not give me and discount and actually asked me if I would like to pay $10 for a nicer bag. I recently went to a Davids Bridal in Florida & I had a terrible experience! My consultant just seemed like she did NOT want to be there & completely ruined the whole experience for me. I was very upset, on the verge of tears. She didn't pull any of my "favorites" from the website like they told me she would & she was very rude. Im really not pleased with this particular Davids Bridal & I will NOT be going back.

The gowns @ David Bridal are amazing and I bought my gown @ a great price! The service on the other hand was horrible!!! I visited David's Bridal 3 times looking for the perfect gown @ a great price which I found today but the consultant I had referred to me as a "walk-in" and when it was time to try on the gowns after the consultant howned me about what was my visit for since it was my third time and questioning if I was planing on buying a gown I was told that I could not try all of the gowns because other appointments wer... read more

Totally disgusted!!!! I went to one of David's locations today knowing that with my wedding date coming so soon that I would have to purchase off the rack. The dresses look horrible, deodorant stains, missing bead work, snags and poor wrinkled dresses is what we experienced today. Today also there was a huge customer bashing conference in the store and also employees discussing another employees call in in front of customers.
