Like many of the other reviews my experience was terrible. David's Bridal is the ghetto of a wedding dress experience. The consultant rushed me the entire time -- told me I could only try on 3 dresses. Really? She was rude and did not help what-so-ever. I wasn't expecting a Klienfeld experience -- but I was expecting privacy & professionalism. The dressing rooms are about 2'x2' with NO mirror. Cramped, tight and dirty. When you are 1/2 naked the door opens right up to the general public of people waiting. (the location is Spr... read more

After my dress ripped when they are the ones who altered the dress they refused to refund my money. I will never buy anything from them ever again. They were disrespectful and rude. My short black bridesmaid dress ripped up the back before the ceremony began on the wedding day because I set my newborn daughter down. I had my entire butt exposed in front of tons of people. Thank goodness I was wearing black underwear. After the ceremony I went home got a needle and thread and sewed the dress up myself and it lasted through th... read more

As a maid of honor I set up an appointment at David's bridal so the bride & bridesmaids could try on dresses. Everybody was so nice and helpful during this process we were so excited that the bride found her dress and the girls all agreed on one dress with no problem. Sounds too good to be true yes it was. After our credit cards were charged the staff treated us like crap. The bride received a voice mail saying all your stuff is in you need to coming get it by Friday or we will put everything back on the shelves and you will... read more

My experience at David's Bridal was, unfortunately, much the same as many of the other reviews. We arrived 5 minutes early to a 2:30 appointment to try on wedding dresses. There was a line out the door to get in (in February). Once we got in, an uninterested receptionist took my name and told us a consultant would be with us shortly, and we could browse the dresses while we waited. Let me say how unattractive this place is. The lighting is ugly flourescent, the carpeting is gray and unclean looking. My sister said it was lik... read more

The workers are horrible. I do not recommend any one coming here.

I went to David's in Denver to try on the one dress I saw that I was considering--it fit (basically the salesgirl had little to no work to do) it fit me but I wanted to wait to see if I still wanted it closer to my wedding date. I was soon persona non grata since I didn't want to declare 'this is my dress' and have them ring a bell--then I was unethically strong armed into believing my dress was discontinued and I could not wait to order it(online it was not discontinued I found out later)..so now I am trying to sell a dress... read more

I ordered matches and napkins from Davidsbridal.com. They were personalized and when I got them they were not what I ordered. I called customer service as soon as I got them and wanted to get the correct items delivered. They were not only rude to me, but would not honor my request. I made absolutely sure that my personalizations were right when I ordered. In my correspondence with them about this issue, they have not been able to send me anything with the specifics of my order on it to show what images and personalizations ... read more

Worst service ever. Too busy in the store our consultant didn't pay any attention to us. Threw us in a dressing room with a post it on the door with her name and pointed us in the direction of dresses. That was pretty much the last time we saw her until we were ready to leave an then it took a half hour to find her to get sized and cashed out. AND she wrote down the wring dress number so almost got the wrong wedding gown ordered! Horrible! Just horrible!

I had my very first wedding dress appointment here at davids bridal and it will definitely be my last... First of all, I waited 45 mins for my appointment which was supposed to be at 3pm. Then when I finally got in the consultant didn't know much about the wedding dresses in store and how to help me find the right one. Second of all, the consultant had 2 other brides she was taking care of and took for ever to get from one dress to another. There is also only one area to view the dresses once you've put them on so all the br... read more
