Horrible return policy even on non clothing items!!! Prices are cheap but you could end up making an expensive mistake! Do not fall for the fast talk at the register "buy a preservation kit, wristlet, headband, shoes, etc now and save$$ " The savings u get are not worth it if u decide to change colors, accessories, or even call off the wedding. Just be careful- ask questions and do not let them pressure you into spending $you can't afford to lose!
WORST customer service EVER at the Tukwila, WA location!!!!!!! I called there to reschedule my appointment for the follwing weekend and Patricia answered and said "Oh ummm let me see if someone else can help you..." Put me on hold for 6 mins then when she picked the phone back up all I could was peope conversating in the background for 5 mins and then was hung up on again. I will never go through DB again. Not only do they keep making mistakes such as forgetting to order one if my bridesmaids dresses, getting the products mixed up giving one persons item to another then claiming a different bridesmaid picked it up and was considered stolen. Never going again and making sure my friends don't either. Sold me a dress under false pretenses saying that they could do a few different alterations and when I went for my fitting they informed me that none of what I wa asking could be done. I HATE my wedding dress now and I'm stuck with it. They will not take it back even though it has never left the store and they LiED when they sold it to me. STAY AWAY
The girls were nice in the store but that's about it. I was pushed into getting a size that I knew that was too big for me (I'm a true 2 and got a 6). I should have known better because the last two bridesmaid dresses I got from there swallowed me. I have had to pay over 500$ in alterations from purchasing 3 dresses at David's Bridal. BY THE WAY if you think you are getting a dress on the "inexpensive" side BEWARE! We had alterations and I bought mother of the bride dress at SugarLand, Tx since its closer to my house. They pointed to where I would find a dress. I even made sure I went on a week day, less crowded. If it wasn't for daughter handing me dresses in the dressing room I know I wouldn't of found one. The employees are very unprofessional. This was our second appointment for my bridesmaids to select a dress and pay a deposit. The consultant pulled a few dresses for them to try on and she vanished but was eventually found helping other customers. Their focus seems to be more on the Caucasian race as if African Americans are not entitled to the same courtesy. However I will never step back into David's Bridal in Tyler. Very unhappy customer.
AVOID DAVIDS BRIDAL AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no clue how this place is still in business. I thought it would be convenient because they have locations all over the country and I have bridesmaids all over the country, but anywhere else would have been better. Nice staff, crappy, cheap dresses.
