It was like they were herding cattle. They didn't care one thing about their service. Made an appointment, and the girl showed us where to find the dresses, and showed me where my dressing room was. THAT'S IT! Never saw her again, and left without her or anyone else noticing or saying a word. Do not go there! They don't give a damn if you do or don't. BTW, I went to the one in Kennesaw.
I bought a dress from here and was pleasantly surprised at the price and the quickness with which it shipped. I took it in to get it steamed and cleaned a little under 2 weeks before the wedding. I got it back on the day before the wedding and it looked exactly the same as it did when I took it in. On my wedding day we spend about 2 hours steaming it ourselves. I also bought a tattoo cover up from them, the employees swore by it, saying it wouldn't come off on my dress and that you would never be able to tell I had tattoos. ... read more
If you want a dress don't go to David's Bridal, they will screw you big time. My niece bought a dress in Dec. We started out our reserved time waiting for over half an hour, then the person waiting on us had barely gotten my niece in the dress before she left us for another client. We got upset because we were promised an individual consultant & the floor manager told us she was trained to work with 2 brides at a time. I am a wedding planner and I went to assist my bride with choosing her wedding dress. The customer service from the manager at the Lithonia, GA location was horrible. We were told by other guest that she was rude as well. The manager was not only rude to us, but to another Hispanic couple that came into the store. They did not inform us that alterations would take 4 weeks to be completed and when they spot cleaned the dress, it left a yellow cast on it. Awful. I don't know what their hiring process is, but I've never seen such unprofessional, smug, unhelpful bridal "consultants" in my life. I'm cancelling my order and writing reviews wherever I can. Unacceptable. I called to find out the cancellation process, and instead of being apologetic or helpful in any way, the stupid girl was laughing with other associated while I was on the phone. The worst. Boo on you guys.

I went to David's Bridal in Ft. Collins Co. I did not have an appt. but they were not busy so I lucked out . There were about 5 girls at the front table , none of really seemed very interested in talking with me. They were deciding if they were going to play bingo or bowling for the night. I hate my experience at davids bridal!! I wish I never went. After I paid about $2,000 cash for my dress & veil, they up the alteration charge to $470. I had no choice BUT TO PAY IT! Please NO ONE GO TO DAVIDS BRIDAL!! THEY MAKE COMMISSION & ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR A SALE. I WISH I NEVER WALKED IN THE DOOR.
