I paid 120 to have a hem done. They didn't do it at all! And when I took it in to complain, they said because its been touched by someone else, they can't do anything about it. So I'm out 120 for them not doing anything that I paid them to do!!! Never going to recommend them!!! Rip off!

I went to David's Bridal in search of my perfect wedding dress. I was so excited as this was my very first time ever shopping for a wedding dress and took family and friends with me. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend David's Bridal-the sales woman were rude, snickering a whispering because my sister is a large woman. High pressure sales team trying to talk you into purchases your unsure of-and very inpatient. Overall, I was very happy with David's Bridal because I hit their end-of-the-year sale, and I just didn't want to blow a lot of money on a dress to wear one time. They're sort of what you'd expect as a large, mid-priced bridal store. Alterations were almost as much as the dress I chose, but so much easier than what I tried to do initially, which was buy a used dress and find a good bridal tailor. I purchased my gown from David's Bridal. I bought a Vera Wang gown. It was beautiful. My less-than-average experience started when I came in to try dresses on. I had an appointment and tried on 5 dresses or so. I kept asking to try on the Vera Wang gown I liked, and yet the saleslady kept telling me that I should try others on instead. "we dont have to if we dont want to"- Davids Bridal When I went in the first time to look at wedding dresses, I told them exactly what I was looking for. They ended up not having it in the store and for whatever reason they were going to bring it in. I finally just ordered the dress online and had it shipped to the store with no problem. When I picked it up, they said that I had to get my dress altered with them even though it was a lot more expensive than any other alteration specialist. Horrible experience! Do NOT shop here! They were very misleading about the dress I ordered. Never told me it couldn't come in a smaller size, told them I was losing weight. Dress will now not be able to be taken it! Not to mention it came in flawed the first time. After that and it not fitting correctly I wanted to return it. Well, good luck with that...can't even get them to return a call at corporate offices! They have made what should be a great fun time a nightmare!

I would not recommend davids bridal to anyone! When I have 3 conversations about when my purchase will be ready and they all said the same date. When I went to pick up my purchase on the date scheduled, my purchase was not with the others in my wedding party nor was it ready. I gave my phone/email when I originally made the purchase but was never contacted by davids bridal at all about any changes. I was assured each time I called that my purchase would be done on the agreed upon date. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!

This is the worst place I have been to for wedding wear, and I only bought shoes. They were not professional and very unorganized. I will NOT be shopping here for my own wedding.

Loved the dress style (WG3411--a wonderful satin side draped dress) which we bought for $350. Great value. A classic, satiny draped style with no extra lace (except for the lace applique belt I made for much cheaper than their belt).Photo of dress when daughter first selected it...shows dress fitting fairly well!
