The receptionist was nice, but the only word that came out of the sales women was no for every question I had. I asked a few questions and left. Never going back there. No one ever asked when the wedding was.

I have had bridesmaids dresses under my name and wedding date for 2 months. I went in yesterday to pick up my dress (which came a lot faster than they said) and I decided to order one of my bridesmaids her dress. The lady there had the style number and color and said "ok lets order it". She then made a face and said that the dress is no longer available and it was weird because the dress I wanted my bridesmaids to wear just came out at the beginning of 2012. When I arrived at David's Bridal, they had written the wrong name in the book and told me that I had not made an appointment. They let me browse their selection for 45 minutes while they told me they were trying to find someone to help me. After 45 minutes, they explained that they had written my name down wrong and that I had indeed made an appointment. I was very dissappointed with my visit to David's Bridal. My attendant was helping another bride at the same time and would disappear often and for long periods. I did my research before going and walked in with a list of short dresses that I wanted to try on. I was told that none of them were available and my attendant would not give me other short options. Though I know there are many bad reviews for David's Bridal, I actually enjoyed my experience at the Mission Valley, San Diego, California shop. My sales rep was Zara and she was fantastic. I knew which dresses I wanted to try and she helped me try them on. She was polite to my family and made us all feel welcome. I bought my dress, which I love, my bridemaids dresses, which I love, my veil, which I love, and my garder, which I love. I would definitely use David's Bridal again... infact, I might go buy myself one of my bride... read more

WORST place EVER!!!!! Don't forget to remind them of your wedding date DAILY because apparently they can't keep that information on file. Also you should make sure that they give you real measurements instead of measuring you OVER YOUR COAT in the middle of the store. Good value for the dresses, but WORST experience ever. If you want a nice time, this is not the place to go.

I had heard bad things about Davids Bridal bridesmaid dresses and swore I wouldn't use them for my wedding. However, with six girls it was nearly impossible to find a dress that everyone would like. We ended up ordering from Davids because it was the only place that everybody could try on the dresses before ordering. The dresses all arrived in different cuts and sizes. i went there ad costume service is awful i made an appointment and i wait for 20 min than i have to pick up my dress by myself they supposed to offer you lots of services and coupons i didn't happen to me :( but the dresses are beautiful and the prices are good
