Service was horrible. We went on a very busy day. Once we were helped (1 hour after our apt time) then all was great.
The only thing I did not like about purchasing my dress here was the fact that you MUST have an appointment in order to try on the dresses. Other than that, they have a great variety, and eventually you will try on the perfect dress!
Unlike those I've talked to, I had a wonderful experience at David's Bridal when I went to go find my dress. The woman who helped me was so kind and took the time to really find the perfect dress for me. She listened to what I liked and disliked and brought out dresses that I loved. She even brought out dresses I didn't think I'd love but when I tried them on I saw why she brought them out. The dress I chose was not one I would have chosen if I only saw a picture of it. This may seem like a strange rating for David's compared to what some brides have said, but I actually had a pretty good experience there. I found a beautiful dress on my first visit there, the sales girl appointed to me was attentive and helpful, I didn't really feel very rushed (like I did at some other stores), and the dress actually came in really early! Got my dress, bridesmaid & flower girl dresses and alterations. Alterations were expensive and I was not pleased. Get your dress there and altered elsewhere. Make sure you order your bridesmaid and flower girl stuff early!
Many dresses and styles to choose from, as well as accessories. The sales people were helpful and friendly.
There are great deals on dresses starting in January. This may only discount the dress you want $50-100, but that may allow you to get a great veil. Great selection and also great seamstress on site!
