The consultant which helped us today was barely around. She also seemed to be rushing us out of the changeroom after 30 mins. She told us she had had another appt and needed the room. She then asked us if we booked an appointment. I told her we had. When I told her I was also there to pick up my wedding gown she told me I had to talk to them at the front but the front told me to tell my consultant about my wedding dress. This one is for Cassandra! She totally saved the communion day. I had previously been into a David’s bridal where I was told the dress I wanted couldn’t be ordered for the date I needed. A couple of weeks go by and I phoned the Hamilton location where I was lucky enough to get her on the phone. She was so sweet, kind and went above and beyond to help me. My daughter is getting the communion dress of her dreams!! Thank you so much Cassandra! You’re the best!
