I bought my wedding dress at David's Bridal, that happened last September 2018. I was being well treated, until the sales lady started being rude at my mother-in-law whenever she was going to give her opinion, saying that "she was not the bride so she didn't get to choose the dress". I tried to not take it personally and ended up buying the dress I fell in love with. I got my dress from them, and I had to do my alterations there. During the alterations one of te stylist had her finger cut and put a blood stain on my dress and they cleaned it after I got so nervous and I was shouting, but after they gave me my dress (final sale) I tried it at home and I found a black stains all over the borders from the alterations. I am write my review about my experience , my consultant was agnes she was great and made my experience fun the Mississauga is a very nice location a very big selection of dresses I would recommend going and buying your dress there and I said Yes too the dress😀😀😀
Great service. Very helpful and made the experience perfect. Defenitly would go back.
Everyone was friendly...had to wait 20 minutes for alterations people to bring the bill in front for me to pay.
