I went in today so nervous to try on wedding gowns and didn't think I'd find "the one". My consultant was Kristen and she was the absolute best ever!! She made my experience so much easier and fun!! Went looking for a Snowballll dress for graddaughter. I think it was Ashley that helped us. Wanted to stay about $100, and she did that for us. It was Mariah's first dance and she wanted a long dress. We knew the second dress was the one. We played "Yes to the dress" which my daughter, granddaughter and me watch all the time. Ashley made it a very enjoyable time.
The people were very friendly and amazing. I have them my budget right away and none were even close had an amazing time will be comin back sooner towards the date!
I had the opportunity to have Kristen help my bridal party find dresses and it was such an easy process and so fun. I went in thinking I'd be overwhelmed seeing as I hate making decisions but, Kristen was so helpful and really put my needs first. Overall the experience was amazing and I will definitely be refering my friends and family! Ps. Kristen deserves a promotion because she is that great of a worker and such a fun time!
I had a lovely experience getting a bridesmaid dress with three other girls and a beautiful bride. What a wonderful store with amazing customer service.
