We were there in September for our dress consultation. when I called to speak to the manager my experience got even worse!!!! During our consultation there was some confusion over the wedding colors and the consultant at one point told the bride, "maybe she should switch her wedding colors!!!" Recommendedyes to the dress thanks to Tonya the manager at Monroeville location. after our bad experience at North hills not so welcoming to me and my 6 bridesmaids and Maryann not putting our sizes or information in the computer. Please. Please. Please. DO NOT GET YOUR DRESS HERE. When buying my dress the lady who helped me was very pushy on timing and annoyed with how many dresses I was trying on. She clearly had another appointment to help with and was getting very antsy. It was rude. Then I spent $500 to get my dress and my daughters dress altered (flower girl).
