Unfortunately we were there to return a wedding dress for a cancelled family wedding coming up in October. The first impression was not very empathetic. However, we were searching for "mother of the groom" dress for a June wedding to use the instore credit and no one seemed very interested in our business. Once we started searching for dresses, Emma came to the rescue and asked if we need anything and helped me find the dress, shoes, wrap and several accessories. She was a dream come true. She was kind, patient, but most importantly knowledgeable, and even empathic to why we were there. Emma is a true servant of customer service and I hope she works on commission, and I will definitely give her name to everyone I know in the market. She saved Davids Bridal's reputation for me and my family. #waytomaketheday #savedbyemma

I had an absolutely amazing experience here today! My stylist was awesome and everyone was so kind and I got many many compliments on my wedding dress! If you’re a bride on a budget but you still want a show stopping gown, this is the place!! They made me feel so beautiful and I was so comfortable with them. I can’t wait to pick my dress up in a few weeks!!❤️
